Thank you so much for all of your support in 2021.

We're not slowing down anytime soon - in 2022 Monster Crown will continue to improve and receive significant content updates, tailor-made to please monster veterans and new tamers alike based on the requests you've sent me across all platforms. Here's the message in full, along with the tweet: There'll also be ongoing improvements and significant content updates. If you're wondering what's next for the game's developer, Jason Walsh, and Monster Crown in 2022, it seems there are plans for "several new exciting announcements", as well as versions of the game for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Pokémon-like games have really caught on over the past few years, and one, in particular, that got quite a bit of attention last October was Monster Crown - an eShop release we described as "a jankier and less addictive version of the oldest Pokémon games" that took us back to the 8-bit Pokémon days.
